Possible groups of persons
Predefined groups of persons
In TUMonline, the following groups of persons are already predefined, which you can use for assigning permissions in your wiki-space if required:

Individual groups of persons
In addition to the predefined groups of persons, individually defined groups of persons from TUMonline can also be used for the assignment of authorizations in the TUM-Wiki. In order to use individual groups of people for the assignment of authorizations in the TUM-Wiki, they have to be created in TUMonline as a function object of type "group" in the first step.
The function object administrator of an organization is always responsible for creating function objects. However, if an organization does not have a function object administrator or if there are special groups of people that the function object administrator cannot create, the central IT support of TUM will gladly take over the creation in TUMonline
An organization has a function object administrator - Responsible person known
Please contact the function object administrator of your organization and provide him with the following information:

If you do not know whether your organization has a function object administrator, please contact the central IT-Support and ask for the name of the responsible function object administrator.
You would like to become the function object administrator of your TUM facility yourself
Please contact the responsible TUMonline representative of your institution and provide the following information:
