The data collected here will only be used in the context of the event organization.
This includes in particular:
- Use for the administration of registered participants
- Contacting participants as part of the event organization
Only the organizers of the event have access to the personal data.
Deletion
The data will be deleted 6 months after the event.
Consequences in the absence of consent:
You have the right not to consent to this declaration of consent - however, as the data marked as mandatory fields is required to register for the event, we cannot confirm a place without your consent.
Your rights:
- a right to information
- a right to rectification or erasure or to restriction of processing or a right to object to processing
- a right to data portability
- you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection
Consequences of withdrawing consent:
Upon receipt of the declaration of revocation, your data may no longer be processed and will be deleted immediately. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point. Please send your revocation to the address below.
