The data collected will only be used in the context of the event organization.
This includes in particular:
- Use for the administration of registrations
- Use for the organization of the process within the Deutsches Museum
- Contacting the contact person as part of the event organization e.g. in an unforeseen event that makes it necessary to cancel the course
Access to personal data is restricted to the organizers of the event, including course instructors and the information desk at the Deutsches Museum. Further data protection information can be found in the general data protection declaration (https://www.edu.sot.tum.de/tumlab/datenschutz/).
Deletion
The data will be deleted at the beginning of each year, i.e. no later than one year after the workshops have been held (i.e. beginning 2025 for workshops in 2024).
Consequences in the absence of consent:
You have the right not to consent to this declaration of consent - however, as the data marked as mandatory fields are required to register for the event, we cannot confirm your booking without consent.
Your rights:
- a right to information
- a right to rectification or erasure or to restriction of processing or a right to object to processing
- a right to data portability
- There is also a right of appeal to the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection
Consequences of withdrawing consent:
Your data may not be processed any further after receipt of the declaration of revocation and will be deleted immediately. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out up to that point. Please send your revocation to the address below.
