Event Reminder on Slack with Chatbot

It's supposed to serve as a reminder and make regular posts in the Slack workspace and channels. Every Slack integration has to be approved by the Main Coordinator!

Scheduling:

  • Weekly Event Reminder: Send at 09:00 on Fridays for the next nine days (from Friday 00:00 to next week's Sunday 23:59).
  • Last-Day Event Reminder: Send at 09:00 on any day, only if there are events the next day (the next day from 00:00 to 23:59).

MINGA Insta

Only people in the Social Media team have access to the MINGA Instagram credentials.

For the post creation, we use Figma. Every organiser creates their own posts and story pics and videos, and give those for upload to the Social Media team.

  • Every post made should also be announced in a story.
  • It should be mentioned that it's limited to MINGA participants only and the rest are rejected
