data collected here will only be used within the context of organizing the event.
This includes
- Used to manage registrations
- Contact participants within the organization
Only the organizers of the event have access to the personal data.
Deletion
The data will be deleted 4 weeks after the event.
Consequences of lack of consent:
You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent - however, since the data marked as mandatory fields is required to register for the event, we cannot confirm a place without your consent.
Your rights:
- A right to information
- A right to rectification or deletion or to restriction of processing
- A right to object to processing a right to data portability
- A right to lodge a complaint with the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection
Consequences of revoking consent:
Once you receive the declaration of revocation, your data may not be processed further and will be deleted immediately. Revoking your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place up to that point. Please send your revocation to the address below.
