Deletion

The deletion of the data is 4 weeks after the final selection of projects. Data from successful projects will be kept to continue the collaboration.

Processing of data from successful applicants

Personal data from successful projects will be kept to continue the collaboration. It will be stored and processed for organizational and statistical purposes as well as for controlling and quality management at the Technical University of Munich in accordance with the GDPR. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. b (GDPR). Data will not be passed on to third parties other than the two coordinating universities (Imperial and TUM). The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. c (GDPR).

Consequences in case of missing consent

You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent – however, since the data marked as mandatory fields are required for submission, we cannot guarantee to take the application into account without consent. In case of doubt, please contact

Consequences of revocation of consent

As of receipt of the revocation declaration, your data may not be further processed and will be deleted immediately. Revocation of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing that has taken place up to that point. Please send the revocation to the address below.
