Information on processing delays
Our team will be operating at limited capacity until approximately June 2026. We therefore kindly ask for your patience as we process your requests. While there may be slight delays in responding to email inquiries and in registering doctoral candidates on the doctoral candidacy list, we are particularly unable to guarantee the timely processing of DocGS qualification elements (“Leistungsanträge”). Please note:
Registration on the doctoral candidacy list: Come to the consultation hour for registration on the doctoral list only with a previously signed supervision agreement (for this, please email the agreement to gc(at)tum.de and wait until it has been signed and returned to you by the coordinators).
Qualification elements (DocGS): If you require a timely review of your qualification elements because you plan to submit your dissertation or to apply for internationalization funding, please inform us (gc(at)cit.tum.de). However, we kindly ask that you refrain from additional status inquiries regarding the processing of your qualification elements.
