The EuroTeQ Collider is a challenge-based learning and teaching format that modernizes engineering education in Europe. It connects students with professionals eabling them to jointly solve a real-world, societally relevant challenge.

Declaration of Consent

I hereby consent that personal data may be processed for the purpose of the participating in the EuroTeQ Collider as a Challenge Collaborator.

I have been informed that the processing of personal data is executed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bavarian Data protection Act (BayDSG).

At any given time, I can withdraw my consent without any effect on the legitimacy of the processing of my data based on the prior consent until my withdrawal of consent based on article 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Upon receiving my notice of withdrawal of consent, the controller will directly delete all of my personal data from their data set.

By law, participants have a right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection to processing or data portability. Furthermore, they have a right of complaint and participants have the right to appeal to the Bavarian commissioner for data protection.

Notice on Photo- and Video Recordings

We hereby notify all participants, that during the EuroTeQ Collider, photo- and video recordings will be made, which will be published in printed form and/or online (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Websites) by the EuroTeQ Alliance, TUM: Junge Akademie and our partners.

If you as a participant of EuroTeQ Collider do not agree to being filmed or photographed, please contact the organizational team. We will remove material you are recognizable in at your request.
